Terms & Conditions – LTK Shop
General These terms apply to all purchases made through LTK Shop. By placing an order in our store, you agree to these terms and to our policies.

Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through the available payment methods in our store, including but not limited to credit/debit card, Klarna, PayPal, or similar providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders may be shipped directly from suppliers or fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery time is normally within the timeframe stated on the website, but delays may occur. Delays outside our control do not entitle the customer to compensation, refund, or cancellation of the purchase. Customs, VAT and Import Fees Orders shipped outside the EU/EEA may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay import fees and the parcel is returned, the refund will be issued minus shipping costs, transaction fees, and any return or handling costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless required otherwise by law. Items must be unused and in substantially the same condition as received. Certain hygiene or personal-use items cannot be returned once opened. Complaints If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer has the right to complain under applicable consumer law. Please contact us with a description and photo of the issue. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

Personal data is collected only for order processing and customer service. Data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
LTK Shop is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, shipping delays, supplier delays, customs clearance, technical errors, or events beyond our control.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, transport interruptions, or supplier failure.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts.

Customers residing in the EU/EEA may also submit complaints to their national consumer authorities or through the EU Online
